Changed your mind?
For UK online orders, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason or proving a fault. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
You pay the direct return postage for a change-of-mind return where this was disclosed before purchase. This does not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Contact us for the return address and instructions.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Tell us what happened and include a relevant photo or short video where possible to help us assess the issue. If the problem cannot be shown this way, explain it in your email and we will discuss another way to assess it. We cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect.
Your statutory rights apply, including the short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days and rights to repair, replacement or refund where applicable afterwards. We will agree the next steps with you; a replacement is not a condition of receiving a refund you are legally entitled to.
Refunds
For a cancelled online order, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier. We use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee. A full-order cancellation includes the standard outbound delivery charge. For a partial return, the item refund reflects the amount actually paid after any bundle discount. Fault-related refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of agreeing your entitlement.

You choose. Set a 30, 60 or 90-minute timer for automatic switch-off, or leave the timer off if you'd like to keep listening.
Will I feel it under my pillow?
Lunelle is approximately 1.2 cm thick and sits under your pillow rather than in your ear. How it feels depends on your pillow and where you place it.
How do I charge it?
Charge using a USB-C cable with a suitable 5V USB power supply. The charging indicator turns off when fully charged.
